Session Fees and Appointment Policies

Session fees

• Standard session: $135, up to 90 minutes, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing before booking.
• Introductory consultation: free, 15 minutes. This is a conversation to see if we are a good fit — it does not include treatment.
• These services support personal growth and well-being and do not replace medical or psychiatric care.

How to pay

• Payment is due at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
• Accepted: cash, PayPal, and Zelle. Insurance is not billed — payment is private-pay. A receipt is available on request.

Scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling

• To cancel or reschedule, please call or text (520) 210-5461 — or reply to your confirmation email.
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice when you need to cancel or move an appointment.
• One reschedule per appointment is always welcome with proper notice.

Late cancellations and missed appointments

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are charged the full session fee of $135.
• This policy exists because your time is reserved just for you — thank you for understanding.

Refunds

• Completed sessions are non-refundable.
• If you paid in advance and cancel with proper notice, your payment is refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled session — your choice.

Urgent needs

This practice does not provide emergency services. Calls, texts, and emails are not monitored around the clock. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
